Certain widgets can only be added to certain zones.
"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!

actually, how to group several layers together? in your video, you simply said drag the layer icon into group icon. is this correct? I have done it but nothing happens

Yes, you should be able to just drag the layer onto the layer group. You can also select the layer group first and then clicking the New Layer button will automatically add the new layer to the group.
Which operating system are you using? Are you able to drag layers around to reorder them?

I have one question though; I'm working on an amv for my friend and I's first anniversary. On youtube I saw many videos with animated words, moving from one place to another, etc. How do I do that?
